Rideau Canoe Club offers a high performance spring-racing program for U19 and Senior level athletes. The program consists of paddling, weights, running, and yoga training sessions.

Monday: 6:30am paddle + weights and 4pm paddle (weights HS)
Tuesday:6:30am paddle* and 4pm paddle + run
Wednesday: 6:30am paddle + weights and 4pm paddle (weights HS)
Thursday: 6:30am paddle* and 4pm paddle + run
Friday: 6:30am paddle + weights and 4pm paddle + yoga (weights HS)
Saturday: 8am paddle* and 3pm paddle*
*training session may vary week to week depending on program and whether there is an upcoming regatta*
