Fitness SUP is designed to give paddlers the opportunity to combine basic to advance SUP technique, drills, and games with a great workout. Each session will consist of a structured workout so you can get fit while having fun on the water!
Facilitated by qualified instructors. Participants will be able to use their own boards, paddles, and PFD/lifejackets or those provided by the Club.
Minimum participants per session: 3; maximum participants per session: 8
Please note sessions on Statutory Holidays will be moved to the Friday of the same week.
