Our most popular program! Fitness paddling sessions are designed to offer paddlers the opportunity to combine a fantastic core workout with basic to advanced kayak drills, techniques and games.
Each session delivers a structured workout program offering low-impact training with high-impact results. Looking for an alternative to being in the gym? This program is geared for you!
Participants will be able to use their own boats, paddles, and PFD/lifejackets or those provided by the Club.
Program Details:
Minimum Participants per session: 6; Maximum Participants per session: 14;
Please note sessions on Statutory Holidays will be moved to the Friday of the same week.
Recommended Program Prerequisites: Introduction to Sea Kayak Course
