The format of this race will be based upon the ICF Marathon rules. For athletes and coaches to familiarize themselves the link to the ICF Rules:

The race course will be loops on Mooney's Bay with portages along the beach. The distance for each loop will be between 3 - 4 kilometres in length.

U15-U16 START ORDER

U15 will race 9 km 3 loops with 2 portages

U16 race 12 km with 4 loops 3 portages

8:45AM Men's Kayak

8:50AM Women's Kayak

8:55AM Men's Canoe

9:00AM Women's Canoe

U17+ START ORDER

10:00AM Men's Kayak race 20 - 25 Km with 7 loops 6 portages

10:05AM Women's Kayak race 15 - 20 km with 6 loops 5 portages

10:10AM Men's Canoe race 15 - 20 km with 6 loops 5 portages

10:15AM Women's Canoe race 15 - 20 km with 6 loops 5 portages

(Depending on the number of entries some of the above categories may race together)
